RESOLUTIONS

Consent Agenda: All matters listed under item, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by City Council, and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed. 2002 - 1 - A resolution setting dates for Regular Caucus and Council meetings.

2002 - 2 - A resolution confirming committee appointments proposed by Council President.

2002 - 3 - A resolution adopting a Cash Management Plan for 2002.

2002 - 4 - A resolution naming check signers.

2002 - 5 - A resolution authorizing the Finance Office to maintain a Petty Cash Fund in the amount of $100.

2002 - 6 - A resolution setting interest rates on delinquent taxes.

2002 - 7 - A resolution setting a service charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.

2002 - 8 - A resolution authorizing the allowance of a grace period before charging a penalty for late payment of taxes.

2002 - 9 - A resolution authorizing the imposition of a penalty on tax delinquencies in excess of $10,000.

2002 - 10 - A resolution naming the official City Newspapers, for purposes of publication, specifically, The Mainland Journal, The Press of Atlantic City and The Ocean City Sentinel-Ledger.

2002 - 16 - A resolution awarding a non-competitive contract for professional services to the following for the year 2002, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute contracts with each: Joseph Youngblood as Municipal Solicitor; Joel Fleishman as Bond Counsel; Mitchell Waldman as Municipal Prosecutor; and Nancy Ridgeway as Municipal Public Defender; and Dr. John Gaffney and Dr. Lawrence Anastasi as Municipal Physicians.

2002 - 18 - A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign a Risk Management Consultant's Agreement for Statewide Workers' Comp Fund

2002 - 19 - A resolution authorizing a Temporary Budget for 2002.

2002 - 20 - A resolution authorizing the hiring of Frank Edward Ingargiola as a Special Law Enforcement Officer, Class II, for four months for the City of Linwood.

2002 - 21 - A resolution acceptance of the Regional Efficiency Development Incentive (REDI) Grant.

2002 - 22 - A resolution rejecting all bids received for Janitorial Services.

2002 - 23 - A resolution authorizing the renewal of an Inter-Local Sewer Maintenance Agreement with the City of Northfield.

2002 - 24 - A resolution authorizing the appointment of a Municipal Auditor.
