30 - 2002 - A resolution appointing Charles E. Kisby, III as Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator.

32 - 2002 - A resolution authorizing advertising to accept bids for Community Development Block Grant Fiscal Year 2001 Improvements to Central Avenue.

33 - 2002 - A resolution authorizing the hiring of Frank Ingargiola as a part time paid EMT for the City of Linwood.
