RESOLUTIONS

2001 - 95        A resolution to amend the 2001 Municipal Budget.

2001 - 97         A resolution authorizing the hiring of Linda Dolan as Deputy Court Administrator.

RESOLUTIONS WITHIN CONSENT AGENDA  

All matters listed under item, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by City Council, and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed.  There will be no separate discussion of these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be discussed separately.

           

2001 – 96        A resolution authorizing the hiring of Daniel Pacewicz, Jr., Allen Jones, Joel Caplan and James Sarkos as part-time, paid EMT’s for the City of Linwood.

2001 - 98         A resolution authorizing advertising for the receipt of bids for 2001 State Aid Improvements to Oak Avenue.

2001 - 99         A resolution authorizing the application for a New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Green Acres Grant.

2001 – 100      A resolution authorizing the acceptance of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection grant in the amount of $100,000 for the Mary Jane Pond Restoration Project.

2001 – 101      A resolution authorizing the hiring of Michael S. Allen as Patrolman First Year effective May 29, 2001.

2001 – 102      A resolution authorizing the issuance of one Bingo and one Raffle license to Jersey Shore Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Inc.

2001 – 103      A resolution authorizing the refund of an overpayment of taxes for Block 115, Lot 10.
