11 OF 2005 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 140 FEES, ARCTILE III, PUBLIC DEFENDER FEE, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LINWOOD AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES HERETOFORE ADOPTED THE PROVISIONS OF WHICH ARE INCONSISTENT HEREWITH.
