13 OF 2009 AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING ORDINANCE 15, 2005,AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SEXUAL OFFENDERS FROM LIVING WITHIN 2,500 FEET OF SPECIFIED LOCATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF LINWOOD AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES HERETOFORE ADOPTED, THE PROVISIONS OF WHICH ARE INCONSISTENT HEREWITH.
